1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most of our products, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any products that show signs of use, wear, or damage (excluding manufacturing defects) will not be accepted for return.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, when initiating a return.

- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review the details and send you return instructions, including the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable). You will need to include the RMA number with your return shipment.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning. Please include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We recommend that you keep the tracking number and proof of postage for your records.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to inspect the returned item and issue the refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product. Shipping costs (both original shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized, personalized, or made-to-order are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- Gift Cards: Once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or on clearance cannot be returned.

If you are returning a product from outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
